• Introduction to Ashiatsu Bar eLearning Program - 12 CE’s (Home Study)
- Completed before the first day of class. Includes video and manual content as well as an online multiple choice exam. Completing this eLearning program prior to the live class allows students to come to class very well prepared, they learn faster and perform better in class, and are able to add Ashiatsu into their massage services sooner after class. The eLearning program is accessible through this website and students receive access within 24 hours after signing up for a live class via email.

• 2-Day Live Class - Beginner Level 1 - Ashiatsu Bar - 17 CE’s (Live)
- This comprehensive class introduces LMT to the modality of Ashiatsu massage and the many benefits it brings to LMT and their clientele. The majority of your class time is spent learning Ashiatsu technique with the focus on developing proper body mechanics, barefoot massage application and palpation skills. You’ll be taught a full body Ashiatsu massage routine consisting of seated & standing techniques to perform both posterior & anterior Ashiatsu massage.

- Our feet are incredible massage tools that you’ll learn to use much like you already use your hands and arms to massage with. Massage techniques you’ll learn in this Ashiatsu class are effleurage, petrissage, compression, trigger point, and cross-fiber friction. Developing the ability to perform these massage techniques with your feet allows you to avoid the wear & tear many LMT experience in this career. In this class you’ll learn to perform therapeutic massage in a way that strengthens your body & improves your posture EVERY SINGLE SESSION you do. After completing all program requirements, your business information can be listed on Barefoot Trainer's Ashiatsu Web Directory for FREE.

- Students finish this class prepared to confidently begin practicing and performing Ashiatsu on their own.
