Submit Level 1 - Ashiatsu Bar video(s) for review.
- You will choose 5 Level 1 - Ashiatsu Bar strokes to perform for video review. Most students use a smartphone camera to make their review videos.*
Complete the above steps to be recognized as a Barefoot Trainer’s Ashiatsu® - Ashiatsu Bar Practitioner and be listed on the Barefoot Trainer’s Ashiatsu® Web-Directory for FREE.

Complete the Level 2 - Ashiatsu Bar online multiple choice exam.
Submit Level 2 - Ashiatsu Bars video(s) for review.
- You will choose 4 Level 2 - Ashiatsu Bar strokes to perform for video review. Most students use a smartphone camera to make their review videos.*
To Complete Level 3 - Ashiatsu Bar eLearning Program & Receive 5 CEU’s:
Complete the Level 3 - Ashiatsu Bar online multiple choice exam.
Submit Ashiatsu Bar Advanced video(s) for review.
- You will choose 5 Level 3 - Ashiatsu strokes to perform for video review. Most students use a smartphone camera to make their review videos.*
Skype, FaceTime, or Facebook video conferencing available for $0.50/minute for the first 60 minutes. $0.35/minute after that. This is an option that most students do not need to use but is available. It can be used for face to face discussion/questions about Ashiatsu but is most commonly used to have body mechanics reviewed by Justin, the founder and instructor of Barefoot Trainer’s Ashiatsu®.
*Videos are submitted for evaluation of proper body mechanics. Videos should be long enough to show you performing each stroke you have chosen just 3-4 times. You do not talk in these videos. Videos must show your entire body.
